Employees excluded from the bargaining unit by reason of managerial duties are governed by the GAM Policy 3.8, Confidential and Managerial Employees and Section M, Conditions of Employment, Management Plan.  Section M is the primary reference for terms and conditions for employees in the management, legal, and deputy minister groups.
