• GAM Policy 3.8, Confidential and Managerial Employees

Employees excluded from the bargaining unit by reason of confidential duties are governed by the GAM Policy 3.8, Confidential and Managerial Employees.  By and large confidential employees have the same terms and conditions of employment as YEU members, excluding those conditions which deal with union membership.
