Round Table Leadership Series

Sharing reflections, past experiences and stories is an opportunity for others to share in learning and build wisdom throughout the organization.  The Round Table Leadership Series provides an opportunity for managers and leaders in the organization to share their insights in a variety of areas.  The process is informal and encourages open exchange of ideas and questions in order to bring clarity to the learning.

Target Audience:

Targeted employees within the Government of Yukon:

  • Managers Round Table Sessions
  • Young Yukon Government Professionals (YYGP) Round Table Sessions
  • Employees Round Table Sessions

Session Outline:

  • 1/2 day duration
  • 3 guest speakers sharing their leadership experiences on a pre-determined topic
  • question period
  • table dialogue
  • summary and closing evaluation - appreciations, improvements, topics for future sessions

Registration Information:

Invitations to attend each session will be emailed out to all targeted groups prior to each session. Participants must register to attend each session.  Space is limited, so please register early.
