Collective Bargaining

We represent the Government of Yukon as the employer at collective bargaining with the two bargaining agents -

  • the Yukon Teachers Association, and
  • the Yukon Employees' Union/Public Service Alliance of Canada.

During the life of the collective agreement (i.e. when not formally bargaining) we participate in joint consultation with both bargaining agents, to deal with and try to resolve issues that may arise from the administration of the contracts.
