Consulting Services

When providing consulting services, we:

• begin by establishing an understanding of your situation
• assist you to clarify your needs and goals
• research alternatives
• design services to help you achieve your goals

• Assessment:

We work with departments, work units, and employees to identify organizational and employee development needs.  We research and recommend appropriate strategies to meet the identified needs.

• Customized learning:

Workshops and special programs are designed and delivered to meet the specific needs of work groups or personls performing similar duties. Resources are also available to assist individuals with self-directed learning.

• Facilitation: 

We work with departments, work units, and employees to design and facilitate processes involving identification, planning and resolution of issues and problems.
