Staff Development is pleased to announce that another session of Coach training will begin in the winter of 2009.

The organization is looking for individuals who want to help to change the culture of our government, are supportive, reflective and non-judgemental.

If you would like to contribute to the organization in a different way, enjoy the challenge of learning, and are interested in sharing your insights and helping others to develop their potential, please consider applying to become a coach.

Application Process

Employees interested in developing themselves as a coach should contact  Tracey Johnson at the Staff Development Branch.

Staff Development will recommend a maximum of 25 applications to the Deputy Ministers Committee on Human Resources (DMHR).
