Our process for resolving workplace conflict

Yukon government's GAM policy 3.47 sets out the procedures and processes for addressing disrespectful behaviour and unmanaged conflict in the workplace. Under the policy, an Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) process will be used to address workplace conflict.

Respectful Workplace Office provides conflict management services. Our collaborative approaches for resolving conflict and disrespectful behaviour in the workplace includes various conflict management services:

  • employee orientation, training and education
  • conflict coaching
  • mediation and facilitated conversations
  • work group conflict assessment
  • group facilitation and circle processes
