Leadership
Leadership development involves developing people as leaders. Leaders facilitate setting direction, creating alignment between changes in direction and the organization’s people and programs, and maintaining commitment in groups of people who will share in the work. Leadership is a behaviour(s) that create that direction, alignment and commitment.
