Governs human resource management for employees appointed to the public service under this act.


Public Service Group Insurance Benefits Plan Act 

Provides for group insurance programs for eligible employees of the Government of Yukon, for members of the Legislative Assembly, for persons employed under the Cabinet and Caucus Employees Act and for former employees receiving pension benefits.  This Act further provides for employee input into the management of these programs.
