    Coaching supports leadership development in the Government of Yukon by helping support individuals when they are required to lead.
  • Design Your Own Career Path
    Smaller, customized sessions modeled on content of Supervisory, Management and Leadership Programs.
  • Leading & Learning in Yukon Communities
    To bring to communities a similar course of study similar to the existing Supervisor Success Program, focusing on unique challenges of leading from Yukon communities.
  • Management Development Program
    This program introduces several concepts in management and organizational theory with an emphasis on public sector administration.
  • Round Table Leadership Series
    An informal opportunity for managers and leaders in Yukon government to share insights in a variety of areas.
  • Supervisory Success Program (SSP)
    A component of the Investing in Public Service (IPS) framework, are government employees who are, or aspire to be, supervisory or management employees.
  • Yukon Government Leadership Forum (YGLF)
    This program uses individual developmental experiences and a corporate developmental process to train its leaders.
