Benefits - Total Rewards Statement

Total Rewards statements are in various stages of development. Currently they are available to the management group.  The plan is to provide them to other groups in the near future as they are a valuable communication tool.

Total Rewards Statements are employer-provided statements that promote understanding and appreciation of the total compensation package. The statements are personalized to the individual and provide information on applicable compensation programs such as benefits, pension, work/life benefits, and death benefits.
